LSI and the Transmission Engineering group of Manitoba Hydro have developed a technical relationship culminating in the creation of a combined initiative called Worldwide Integrated Rating Enhancement Services or W.I.R.E. Services. This initiative combines the engineering quality LiDAR modeling abilities of LSI with leading edge thermal rating engineering capabilities of Manitoba Hydro. The synergy of this pairing results in a complete solution for transmission line rating and re-rating.
